Job Description :
1. Build customer trust, maintain customer satisfaction.
2. Preparation, Submission & approval of Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) as per the planned dates.
3. To study the technical specification and data sheets and zero revision drawings to ensure the correctness of QAP.
4. Compliance of final inspection Documents as per the Purchase Order.
5. Providing training for improved quality focusing on Good Engineering Practices.
6. Providing training for improved Quality
7.To train and educate shop supervisors and Quality control supervisors in the basic principles
8. Reduction in Check Testing expenses and NDT expenses.
9. Vendor evaluation.
10. Prepare for new customer certification/Approvals.
11. To review, evaluate and correct suppliers QAP's.
12. Initiate, prepare and submit solutions and resolve issues of product quality during manufacture and liaise with customer for post delivery complaints.
13. Guide and lead with right direction the production team for all quality matters.
14.New product development & design.
Desired Profile :
Person should be Degree or Diploma holder in mechanical having 1 to 3 years experience.
Person working with packaging industry will have an added advantage.
Freshers are also welcome.

Production Engineer

Job Description :
1. Production planning and execution to meet the delivery schedule
2. Machine and men utilization
3. Material requisition
4. Planning and execution of subcontracted work
5. Coordination with quality department for in-process and third party inspection
6. Coordination with maintenance engineer for regular maintenance of equipment and tools
7. Safe and healthy working operations & premises
8. Maintaining various records as per company’s requirements
Desired Profile :
Person should be Degree or Diploma holder in mechanical having 1 to 3 years experience.
Person working with packaging industry OR plastic will have an added advantage.
