•Experience – (3months - 1.5Year) in IT Recruitment.
•Exposure to Contract Staffing - Mandatory
•Sourcing and screening candidates from various Job Portals/Database.
•Knowledge on IT Skills in Market.
•Good Communication Skills.

•Ability to work with existing customers at enhanced volumes.
•Should have carried team targets.
