-Domestic Voice Process.
-Point of contact to receive & log complaints.
-Responsible for giving technical assistance to customer if required.
-Responsible for coordinating with the field engineers to resolve the complaints.

-Diploma (Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication)
-B.E. / B.Tech. (Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication)
-Sound hardware knowledge.
-Willing to work in 24x7 work environment.
-Domestic Inbound Technical Process.
