BA Continuum Solutions Pvt. Ltd., non bank subsidiary of Bank of America is conducting Walk-in Interviews for Email Process , Team Member at Gurgaon on 1st, 2nd and 3rd July'09.
Job title: Email Customer Service
The primary responsibility is to review monetary adjustments for accuracy, prior to releasing adjustment. It also involves reviewing of auto released monetary adjustments. These are adjustments that have already been posted to the customer's account .
Skill Sets Required:
* Any Graduate.
* Typing speed - 30 words per minute
* Willing to work in shifts (24/7).
* Work Experience: 0-24 months.
* Good verbal / written skills
