Job Description :
No of Positions:
· 150 positions – Tech support (75) / Customer support (75)
Experience / Skill Set:
· 0-24 months of Voice – Technical / Customer support experience in an international BPO
· Excellent verbal communication
Qualification:
· Graduate (Arts, Science or Engineering) with no standing arrears
· 10+2+3 year education pattern is mandatory
· 3 year diploma holders are also eligible
Eligibility:
· Candidates with more than 24 months of BPO experience are not eligible to apply
· Willingness to work in night shifts is mandatory
· Candidates must carry education certificates for (10+2+3) on the day of the event
· Candidates must carry relieving letters from all previous BPO employers on the day of the event
