* Good technical skills in VB, SQL, ASP
* Should have experience in in ASP, XML, JavaScript, SQL Server in Web Application Projects
* Good Verbal and Written communication
* Good knowledge and experience of SQL stored procedures.
* Reviewing functional requirements
* Participating in designing application interface components
* Participating in technical documentation efforts
* Developing application and interface components
* Supporting and fixing application defect
* Expert in ASP/MSSQL, Java Script applications.
* Knowledge of Shopping Cart and database related sites
* Involved in Specification, Coding, Testing.
* Should have thorough knowledge in end to end SDLC process
* Should be a team player with high self motivation
* Proactive and should be able to smoothly coordinate with the client
